“Our youngest son, Dan, was named for his great-grandfather, Dan Musgrave, who happened to be the finest carpenter, contractor, hunter, and taxidermist in these parts. My son and I were climbing around in his cherry trees, furiously trying to pick the cherries before the birds could. They were winning the race, but Dan, undaunted, grabbed handfuls - mouthfuls - and yelled all the while at his chirping, fussing opponents.Hot, sticky work, but fun, and worth every drop of sweat required before we could claim a full basket of the beautiful cherries to take home for a cobbler.”
Bob Timberlake has carefully selected a framing combination which will lend itself to any decor. This Havana moulding (#576100) bridges an elegant, burl walnut design with a rich, slightly sheen finish. The giclee is floated on an Ash Gray Core (#8841) mat to accent the deckled edge and is complemented by a hand-rolled, dark linen top mat.
Note: variations in the frame color within this image are due to the lighting and shadows captured when this photograph was taken. A framed sample is on display view in our Gallery.
